Helen Flanagan wants to join the cast of Downton Abbey…

Helen Flanagan left Coronation Street a good few years ago now and since then has been voted Britain’s sexiest woman and spent some time rolling around in the jungle, trying to avoid creepy crawlies on I'm A Celebrity – however, it now seems that she wants to dip her toe back into the acting water!
Speaking to the Metro, the 22-year-old declared that her pale complexion could land her a role on Downton Abbey.
We’re guessing her acting abilities might help, too…
“I am naturally very pale, I think I could do Downton Abbey.
“I know the impression I do give off and seem bimbo-ish. If you do modelling and that, people don’t take you seriously – but I have been acting for, like, 12 years and have got a lot of experience. I would like to do more acting parts.”

We can imagine Helen hanging out with Dame Maggie Smith. Imagine the banter…

Also – if anyone’s interested – since the dramatic, Helen-Flanagan-has-been-banned-from-boots-for-tea-leafing – she’s actually now come out and explained her behaviour.
Poor Helen.
The model went into Boots yesterday and accidentally wandered out of the shop with a her shopping without paying! Taking to her twitter this afternoon, Helen revealed that her dippy nature was to blame for the faux pas.
“O by the way I'm not a thief 😂 I shared the story because I thought it was jokes xxx I was just being dizzy and walked out the shop”
“With a basket. I'd loose my head if it wasn't screwed on... Pretty outraged though when they treated me like a criminal #jokes”
