If the answer is yes, then luckily for you Seen on Screen Fitness dance have sent us yet another amazing video of the complete dance actual Beyoncé did at the Superbowl to Baby Boy.
Bonnie and Christabelle (who are demonstrating) have between them danced for Rihanna, One Direction, Cheryl Cole, Florence & The Machine, Kelly Rowland, X Factor, Professor Green and JLS. So you’re in pretty good hands.
As well as being able to stop and pause the video as many times as you’d like and practice around your bedroom, the company are now taking their lessons on tour.
After an amazing response in London and appearing on a load of TV shows (you may remember them trying to teach 90s dancing to Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy on Sunday Brunch) SOSF are going to be giving lessons on how to do Beyoncé’s Single Ladies and Crazy in Love dances across the country.
