A female Olympic sprint medallist from Jamaica has reportedly tested positive for a banned substance.
According to the Gleaner a diuretic was found in the unnamed athlete's A sample taken at the Jamaica Invitational at the National Stadium on 4 May.
Diuretics are proscribed by the World Anti-Doping Agency because they can be used to mask the presence of performance enhancing drugs.
The athlete has been notified by the authorities and has seven days in which to request that her B sample be tested as well.
